Acceptance, seems like a pretty simple word, but holds key to many places in your head that need calmer pursuits. This big thing, comes in phases.
Its neither easy, nor can it be exercised within so called perimeters of sanity.
If I was to look back, the unrest can be summarised in four phases.
Phase 1 : The Initiation of Chaos.
The thing knocking in the head, is a precursor of an experience yet to be undergone, a desire that appeals to you to be a part of something or someone in a manner that appeals to you the most.
You look out, Seek, and then crave.
This acknowledgement will later materialise into Suffering but we invite it anyhow as this is an indispensible part of the process.
You can’t escape this phase if you want to be on your path of self discovery.
Introduction to this , beforehand , will certainly help understanding this phase of the process and deal with it accordingly.
You’ve been there, you would’nt come here , reading this if you havent been there.
Made your own sets of pinkish fantacies and prioritising life on observed requirements.
Then you look into your needs.
YOUR NEEDS.
And when there is a conflict between what you need and what your observation based inputs tell you to need , you start questioning your individuality in terms of others definition of righteousness or being Normal.
This makes you eager and conscious. I say conscious and not anxious because these are two different identification of the same feeling depending on how you battled out phase 1.
The quest is inevitable, it stays as long you seek.
This is brought up so that you know this is phase 1 and you can identify it and know there’s nothing wrong with the uprising.
Helps you normalising the beliefs that you can be different and yet be right .
Eventually you’ll come down to there’s no right.
Phase II – Rolling
Phase II
This is the 2nd most interesting phase. The thing that is not yet covered seems interesting just like something beneath the clothes.
You’re on your peak, brimming with resilience to do something.
And then you do it, good , bad, perfect, average, different, exceptional.
All kinds of new experiences.
Some learnings that came harder way around and some lessons you needed badly.
Hola!
Phase III – Going Deep.
This is a mixed phase.
You’re enjoying or rather enjoyed your success and are overjoyed at the thought of being there.
The Taste of this success and happiness dances on your lips.
The edge has been sharpened, the one that you want to live on. The lining on the back cutting the crevices of your ass, craves to be deepened across.
In the pain, you elevate. Wanting that one more push and then you falter.
Sleep and highs teach you an impeccable lesson.
You’re complacent.
Fall.
Phase 4 – Nirvana
You float. Survive and swim.
Thank this gift called life and come down to the essence of acceptance.
Satiated, been there done that.
The quest for something new stays in symbiosis with the resources in hand.
You’re wild and practical as well.
Life seems good.
Your demons left because you know now that their existence was fuelled by your desire to keep them.
Unknowingly though.
Acceptance creeps in.
Slowly.
And you’re a new leaf.
Mmmuuaah.
